Illustrated Louisiana Check List

These lists, submitted in 1996, reflect the opinions of various Louisiana birders on which ten bird species would be the next to be added to the state list. Since then, a number of these species have been added, although the order in which they were added won’t be addressed at the present. Documented additions are in red.
